Standard Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund*. Contact our customer service team at info@Fiddlerhub.com for a return shipping label and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there's an issue with the product.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, complete with all included materials. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

*Certain non-returnable items and a $150 replacement fee for missing certificates of authenticity apply.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us at info@Fiddlerhub.com as soon as possible. We'll assist you in finding a solution.

Exchange Policy

We fix, replace, or credit items with manufacturer's defects within 7 days of receipt. We also cover shipping for warranty-related exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used items like cleaners, strings, etc., are non-refundable but may be exchanged. Damaged or non-sellable items are non-returnable.

International Returns

International returns are considered case-by-case. Refunds for resell able items are possible, and shipping refunds occur if we are at fault.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@Fiddlerhub.com with your order number and list of returned products.
  2. Wait for our instructions and return label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the package following our instructions.

Refusal of Delivery

Refusing delivery or providing an inaccurate address incurs shipping costs.
