Do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $35 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $5. Shipments to non-contiguous US & Alaska addresses are subject to discounted shipping rates.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days for accessories and 2-4 business days for instruments. Once processed, orders are shipped with selected shipping methods (Standard, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight). You'll receive a notification when your order ships. Overnight shipping with FedEx excludes weekends and holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally with FedEx International or DHL, excluding large items like cellos and double basses. International shipping cost is $180-240 Depending on your country without duty & taxes.

What is your return policy?
